All those light fixtures we’ve been accumulating over the past year are finally going up at the house. We prefer “real” light fixtures over recessed lighting for their statement and heft. We must be old… and old fashioned.

The front door was installed and painted; almost time for me to paint the trim and get the hardware installed. Move in date… about 6 weeks away!
inside/outside
inside and out, it’s almost a house!
Rockin’ drywall!
I know it’s a small house, but a 4-man crew completely drywalled the house in less than 2 days!
Nature and man… or all manmade
It may look like a sandstone porch and stone chimney, but it’s all faux! Even the wood siding is cement!
Trellis…
Another milestone, the trellis goes up on the front porch. Now if that painter would just get back to work!
